Can I track my order?

Yes! You will automatically receive a confirmation email once you place an order via our online store. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an additional email with your tracking information. If you do not see the email, please check your junk folder. USPS may not scan the packages until delivery. You may not see any movement on your tracking link for your package, however this does not mean your items are not in route to you.

What are the shipping rates and options?

Our website provides details on shipping rates upon checkout. We provide free shipping on qualifying orders. Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier but will occur in 3-5 business days after the order has been processed for most orders. For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes. You should plan on an additional 7 to 10 days delay. We do not ship outside of the United States of America.

Option 1: Standard Ground – Orders shipped USPS Standard Ground are typically delivered in 2-8 business days after processing.

Option 2: Priority Shipping – Orders shipped USPS Priority is typically delivered in 2-3 business days after processing.

Option 3: Free Shipping on orders over $500 in the USA ONLY.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

We recommend before using any of our products to please do your research. Discuss your intentions with your health care practitioner. Every woman is different and responds differently to ingredients during the time of pregnancy. We encourage you to listen to your own body and intuition, as well as the advice of your medical practitioner or dermatologist when testing and choosing any skincare products.

Are the ingredients in your products all natural?

What is your policy on refunds?

We do not provide refunds. All sales are final.

What if the product I want to order is out of stock?

We will ship or email your product as it becomes available. Usually, physical products ship the next day if ordered by 5:00PM the previous day. Any orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will be mailed out the next business day that our offices are open. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by notifying us in writing via email at admin@kivilabeauty.com.
